Internet Mailing List

In April 1999, I started an Internet Mailing List for people interested in raising animals for their handspinning fiber. The list has grown to over 300 members, and is a fun, informal, and informative place to learn about raising sheep, alpacas, llamas, angora goats, angora rabbits, etc. We discuss animal husbandry, marketing handspinning fiber, getting the best quality fiber from our animals, and all other related topics. Sales of animals, fiber, and related equipment or services are welcome, as are announcements of fiber-related events and festivals.

The list is hosted on Imagicomm, the same server that hosts Ron Parker's Fibernet, using Majordomo mailing software. You can access Fiber Flock via archives on the web, by receiving individual emails, or by receiving the digest, which consists of all the day's emails bundled into one.

To join Fiber Flock, send a blank email to:

Simply click on the link above, and it will generate an email form. You don't need a subject line or text in the body of the email. If that doesn't work, just copy and paste the address into your email form, and send.
